Welcome to Pixipro. This License Agreement explains how you may use the digital assets available on our platform, including PSD templates, mockups, graphics, PNG elements, backgrounds, social media designs, infographics, posters, and other downloadable resources.
By downloading or using any asset from Pixipro, you agree to follow the terms described below.
1. License Overview
Pixipro provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded assets in accordance with this License Agreement.
Downloading an asset does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original asset to you. All intellectual property rights remain with Pixipro or the respective copyright owner.
You are purchasing or receiving the right to use the asset, not the right to redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the original file.
2. Free Assets
Free assets are available for users who do not have an active Pro subscription.
Free assets may be used for:

• Personal projects

• Educational projects

• Personal portfolios

• Social media posts

• Practice and design exploration

Unless specifically stated otherwise on an individual asset, Free assets are not licensed for commercial use.
Free assets may not be:

• Resold or redistributed

• Uploaded to another asset or stock website

• Shared as downloadable files

• Included in asset bundles or resource packs

• Sold as standalone templates

• Presented as your own original asset

• Distributed to clients as an editable source file

3. Pro Assets
Pro assets are available to users with an active Pixipro Pro subscription.
Pro users may use Pro assets for both personal and commercial projects, including:

• Client projects

• Advertising and marketing

• Social media campaigns

• Websites and applications

• Presentations

• Branding materials

• Digital products

• Print materials

• YouTube and video content

• Commercial design projects

The asset may be modified, customized, combined with other elements, resized, recolored, or otherwise edited to create a finished design.
However, the original Pixipro asset itself may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.
4. Commercial Use
An active Pro subscription allows you to incorporate Pixipro assets into commercial and client projects.
For example, you may download a PSD template, customize it, and create a final advertisement for your client.
However, you may not provide the original Pixipro source file to your client for independent reuse or redistribution.
The license applies to the finished creative work, not to the standalone downloadable asset.
5. Modification Rights
You are allowed to modify Pixipro assets to suit your project requirements.
You may:

• Change colors

• Replace images

• Edit text

• Resize or crop elements

• Rearrange layouts

• Add or remove design elements

• Combine Pixipro assets with your own work

Modified designs may be used according to the applicable Free or Pro license.
However, modifying an asset does not give you ownership of the original asset, and modified versions may not be redistributed or sold as standalone downloadable resources.
6. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited unless you have received written permission from Pixipro:

• Reselling Pixipro assets

• Redistributing downloaded files

• Sharing assets with other users

• Uploading assets to other download websites

• Uploading assets to stock marketplaces

• Selling assets as standalone products

• Including original files in downloadable bundles

• Sharing original PSD/source files with clients

• Claiming Pixipro assets as your own original creations

• Creating a competing asset library using Pixipro resources

• Using Pixipro assets to train or develop AI/ML datasets without permission

7. Account & Subscription
Pixipro Pro subscriptions are intended for the individual account holder and may not be shared with other users.
While your Pro subscription is active, you may access and download Pro assets according to this License Agreement.
If your Pro subscription expires or is cancelled, you will no longer have access to download new Pro assets unless you renew your subscription.
Assets that were legitimately downloaded while your Pro subscription was active may continue to be used in accordance with the license applicable at the time of download.
8. Attribution
Attribution is not required when using Pixipro assets.
However, crediting Pixipro is always appreciated and helps support our work.
9. Copyright & Ownership
All assets available on Pixipro remain the property of Pixipro, its creators, contributors, or respective copyright holders.
This License Agreement does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or other intellectual property rights to the user.
You receive only the usage rights specifically granted under this license.
10. License Violations
Pixipro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this License Agreement.
If an asset is found to have been illegally redistributed, resold, or shared, Pixipro may take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property and prevent further unauthorized distribution.
11. Important Examples

Client Design
You use a Pro PSD to create a social media campaign for your client.
Personal Project
You use a Free asset in your personal portfolio.
Commercial Advertisement
You customize a Pro asset and use the finished design in an advertisement.
Website Design
You incorporate a Pro graphic into a commercial website.
❌ Not Allowed
File Resale
You download a PSD and sell the original PSD on another website.
File Sharing
You share a downloaded asset with a friend or another designer.
Asset Marketplace
You upload a Pixipro asset to another stock or design marketplace.
Template Redistribution
You include the original Pixipro files in a downloadable template or resource bundle.
12. Changes to This License
Pixipro may update or modify this License Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, or legal requirements.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
